The Brilliant Rainbows Resource Kit is the copyright of Heart of Life Ltd and is subject to UK copyright laws and all other applicable national laws. It must be treated like all other copyrighted materials (eg books and musical recordings).

License Agreement

The Brilliant Rainbows Resource Kit Product license extends between the named purchasing organisation as agreed between the purchasing organisation and Heart of Life Ltd.  This resource kit may not be shared, copied or used by any other organisation without the prior written consent of Heart of Life Ltd.  Any unauthorized copying of this publication or use of this resource kit  by any other unlicensed organisation may result in prosecution.

You require an end user license in order to legally use this resource kit.

Training academy

Each Licensed user will be allocated 8 passes to attend 8 events in a 12 month period.  One pass entitles one person to attend one event.

Example:  two people from the same licensed organisation attend the same event.  They have now used two of their eight passes.

Once the 8 passes have been used ’top up’ passes maybe purchased.

Heart of Life Ltd may at times decide to put on promotional events where attendees will not be required to use up an events pass.  Licensed organisations will be clearly informed which events the promotion applies to.

If a licensed user has not used all of their passes in a 12 month period, they are entitled to roll over up to 2 unused passes into the following 12 months.

Heart of Life Ltd retains the legal right to cancel, rearrange or refuse entry to an event where there is reasonable cause to do this.

Where it is practicable, Heart of Life will endeavour to rearrange an alternative event.
